1 on 1 Personal Training

Private, personalized training sessions focused
entirely on your individual goals, fitness level, and
preferences. Includes a custom meal plan designed to support your results.

1 on 2 Training

Train alongside a friend or family member. These
sessions are still personalized but offer a shared experience. Includes individualized meal plans for
both clients.

Group Training

Fun, energetic group sessions designed to challenge and motivate. Ideal for friends, coworkers, or anyone who thrives in a team setting. Great results, shared accountability.

VR TRAINING

Level up your workouts with VR Training—fun, immersive sessions that get you moving and sweating. From VR boxing and Beat Saber to agility games and reaction drills, it’s a high-energy way to build cardio, coordination, and focus. Perfect for all fitness levels.

About Me, Neil Scotti, Owner of NextGen Training

I founded NextGen Training out of a deep passion for fitness that evolved into a mission to empower others to look, feel, and move at their best. I believe that strength and confidence are closely connected, and that maintaining an active lifestyle is essential for long-term health and wellness. With a background in the supplement industry, I utilize an approach that combines effective training strategies with nutritional insight to help each client achieve their unique goals. Together, we’ll build a stronger, healthier version of you.
